PLEASE READ AND DOUBLE CHECK ALL INFORMATION BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. This includes your street number, apartment or unit number (if applicable), and any other required details.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the item resent.

Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing before shipment.

Pre-orders may take 2–3 weeks to be fulfilled.

Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 24 hours for a shipping confirmation email to be sent. Once a package has been handed over to the courier, K’s Hair Haven is no longer responsible for the shipment. Any delivery-related issues, delays, or concerns should be addressed directly with the courier company.
Please note that K’s Hair Haven is not responsible for shipping delays caused by holidays, natural disasters, weather conditions, or courier-related delays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

- All Sales are FINAL
- Due to sanitary reasons and the nature if the products, there are absolutely NO RETURNS
- However, if there was a mistake on our behalf, we will happily correct the issue. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, please immediately contact Info@kshairhaven.com and we will try our best to accommodate you!
